1 smaller cabbage

1 onion

1 leek

1 celery

5 carrots

2 vegetable

1 broth

1 spoon of soya sauce



Cut cabbage to small pieces. All other ingredients clean thoroughly in water and cut to pieces. All vegetables place into pot, pour water, add broth and cook 50 to 60 minutes.

At the end add soya sauce for seasoning. Soup can be eaten at any time when you get hungry. Enjoy!


7 day cabbage diet contains a lot of vegetables, which is ok. However, this diet includes almost none proteins and close to none complex polysaccharides.

But it contains a lot of vitamins.

During cabbage diet you have very low intake of calories, therefore you may experience excessive tiredness and weakness. Additionally, large consumption of cabbage may cause increased bowel movement.
